Treasury Indexed 10-Year TIPs Go at 0.725% High Yield

The Treasury Department sold $15 billion of inflation-indexed 10-year TIPs at a 0.725% high yield, an adjusted price of 98.946468, with a 5/8% coupon.

The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.19.

Tenders at the market-clearing yield were allotted 65.06%.

The notes are dated Jan. 15 and are due Jan. 15, 2026.

Among competitive tenders, the median yield was 0.623% and the low yield 0.500%, Treasury said.

Tenders totaled $32,868,159,400 of which the Treasury accepted $15,000,014,400. Noncompetitive tenders totaled $28,749,400. Fed banks bought nothing for their own accounts.
