The Treasury Department auctioned $29 billion of seven-year notes, with a 2 1/8% coupon, a 2.152% high yield, a price of 99.825416.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.44.
Tenders at the high yield were allotted 12.12%. All competitive tenders at lower yields were accepted in full.
The median yield was 2.110%. The low yield was 2.059%.
Tenders totaled $70,615,472,900 and the Treasury accepted $29,000,012,900 including $16,572,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
The notes are dated June 30 and are due June 30, 2021.
