The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $45 billion of four-week bills at a 0.530% high yield, a price of 99.958778.
The coupon equivalent was 0.538%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.46.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 1.80%. The median rate was 0.510%. The low rate was 0.485%.
The bills have an issue date of Feb. 9 and are due March 9.
Tenders totaled $155,550,887,400 and the Treasury accepted $45,000,287,400, including $343,145,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
