The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $45 billion of four-week bills at a 0.480% high yield, a price of 99.962667.
The coupon equivalent was 0.487%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.36.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 1.82%. The median rate was 0.460%. The low rate was 0.450%.
The bills have an issue date of Jan. 26 and are due Feb. 23.
Tenders totaled $151,408,422,400 and the Treasury accepted $45,000,402,400, including $319,838,000 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
