Treasury 4-Weeks Auctioned at 0.270% High Yield

The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $55 billion of four-week bills at a 0.270% high yield, a price of 99.979000.

The coupon equivalent was 0.274%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.56.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 26.54%. The median rate was 0.250%. The low rate was 0.200%.

The bills have an issue date of March 24 and are due April 21.

Tenders totaled $196,059,954,400 and the Treasury accepted $55,001,949,400, including $249,877,500 non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
