The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $35 billion of four-week bills at a 0.175% high yield, a price of 99.986389.
The coupon equivalent was 0.177%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.55.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 51.72%. The median rate was 0.160%. The low rate was 0.100%.
The bills have an issue date of April 21 and are due May 19.
Tenders totaled $124,401,440,300 and the Treasury accepted $35,000,400,300, including $292,352,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
