The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $50 billion of four-week bills at a 0.120% high yield, a price of 99.991000.
The coupon equivalent was 0.122%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.22.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 8.83%. The median rate was 0.095%. The low rate was 0.060%.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 27 and are due Dec. 24.
Tenders totaled $161,223,811,700 and the Treasury accepted $50,000,961,700, including $240,784,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
