The coupon equivalent was 0.076%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.41.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 35.18%. The median rate was 0.060%. The low rate was 0.050%.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 19 and are due Dec. 17.
Tenders totaled $187,800,340,200 and the Treasury accepted $55,000,610,200, including $279,337,400 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
