The coupon equivalent was 0.035%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.05.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 40.63%. The median rate was 0.030%. The low rate was 0.010%.
The bills have an issue date of February 27 and are due March 27.
Tenders totaled $141,660,580,800 and the Treasury accepted $35,001,303,300, including $261,783,800 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
