The coupon equivalent was 0.030%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.75.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 47.30%. The median rate was 0.020%. The low rate was zero.
The bills have an issue date of Dec. 4 and are due Jan. 2, 2015.
Tenders totaled $187,441,913,800 and the Treasury accepted $50,000,068,800, including $267,214,800 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
