Treasury 4-Weeks Auctioned at 0.030% High Yield

The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $40 billion of four-week bills at a 0.030% high yield, a price of 99.997667.

The coupon equivalent was 0.030%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.12.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 76.01%. The median rate was 0.025%. The low rate was 0.020%.

The bills have an issue date of July 31 and are due Aug. 28.

Tenders totaled $164,667,058,600 and the Treasury accepted $40,000,438,600, including $242,943,600 non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
