Tenders at the high rate were allotted 76.55%. The median rate was zero. The low rate was zero.

The bills have an issue date of Feb. 19 and are due March 19.

Tenders totaled $150,114,396,000 and the Treasury accepted $40,000,121,000, including $252,341,500 non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
