The coupon equivalent was 0.010%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.56.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 12.73%. The median rate was 0.005%. The low rate was zero.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 9 and are due Nov. 6.
Tenders totaled $145,846,043,700 and the Treasury accepted $32,002,114,100, including $234,649,300 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
