NEW YORK - The Treasury Department today auctioned $35 billion of two-year notes with a 3/4% coupon at a 0.789% yield, a price of 99.922763.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.16%
Tenders at the high yield were allotted 9.50%.
The median yield was 0.750%. The low yield was 0.686%.
Tenders totaled $110,739,056,900 and the Treasury accepted $35,000,056,900, including $387,286,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks also bought $1,569,586,100 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
The two-year notes are dated March 31 and due March 31, 2013.
