Taylor Raymond has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a senior counsel in its Austin and Dallas offices, according to the law firm.
Raymond, who previously worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, represents local governments, state agencies, higher education institutions, special districts and school districts in infrastructure financings and has a significant amount of experience with public improvement district transactions, the law firm said in a statement.
"Her focused knowledge and collaborative spirit make her an excellent fit for our public finance team, which regularly works in tandem with our banking and finance, projects and public-private partnership lawyers to make public infrastructure projects happen," Paul Braden, Norton Rose Fulbright's U.S. head of public finance, said in the statement.
