St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, N.Y., Downgraded to Ba2 by Moody's

Moody's Investors Service said it has downgraded St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, N.Y.'s rating to Ba2 from Ba1.

The bonds are issued through the Onondaga Civic Development Corporation.

The downgrade is due to a material increase in liquidity risks related to the terms of new bank debt and a lower cash position, and higher absolute debt.
