"I am excited to work with Justin as we continue to build on our strong record of success in Texas and beyond," said Henry Cisneros, SBSCO Chairman of the Executive Committee and a principal of the firm. "I have seen first-hand the skill, knowledge and dedication that Justin brings to everything he does. I know he will help us add enormous value for our municipal clients."

"This is an exciting opportunity as I have always greatly admired the depth of financing expertise within the firm and strong pricing and distribution capabilities of the firm's desk," Rodriguez said in the release. "I look forward to helping the firm continue to thrive in the municipal arena in Texas."
