Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it raised its issuer credit rating (ICR) to AA-minus from A-plus on San Miguel County Public Library District No. 1, Colo.
The outlook is stable.
"The raised rating is based on our view of the district's recent stable financial performance, which has allowed the district to sustain its very strong financial position despite recent recessionary revenue pressures," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Bryan Moore.
