Renee Boicourt Made Partner at Lamont

Lamont Financial Services made Renee Boicourt a partner of the firm.

Boicourt has been with Lamont since 2006. She advises the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Louisiana, Connecticut, the Vermont Bond Bank and other bond issuers.

"Renee has made important contributions to Lamont, enhancing our ability to serve longstanding as well as new clients," said Robert Lamb, president of Lamont. "I look forward to working with Renee to continue to build on that foundation."

She has more than 30 years of experience in public finance. Before working at Lamont, she spent 17 years at Moody's Investors Service.

Boicourtwas managing director for high-profile ratings at Moody's. Previous to that, she worked extensively on financial matters with the government of New York City.

She joined New York City on the cusp of its recovery from its mid-1970s fiscal crisis.

Lamont Financial Services was the fourth biggest financial advisor by par value in 2012, according to Thomson Reuters figures.
