WASHINGTON — The National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies has reelected as its president for 2012-2013 Jim Shaw, executive director of the Capital Area Housing Finance Corp. in Austin.
The vote took place late last month during NALHFA’s business meeting in Austin.
Ernestine Garey, chief operating officer of Invest Atlanta, previously the Georgia Development Authority, was reelected vice president.
Marc Jahr, president of the New York City Housing Development Corp. was reelected as the group’s secretary, and Paula Sampson, director of the Fairfax County, Va., Redevelopment and Housing Authority, was reelected its treasurer.
Three individuals also were elected to NALHFA’s board for two-year terms. They are: District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency executive director Harry Sewell; Dakota County, Minn., Community Development Agency executive director Mark Ulfers; and Southeast Texas Housing Finance Corp. executive director Ron Williams.
