The weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, was down three basis points this week, to 4.74 for the week ending April 3.
The 20-Bond GO Index of 20-year general obligation yields edged up one basis point this week to 4.44%, the highest since March 20.
The 11-Bond GO Index of higher-grade 20-year GO yields were unchanged at 4.14%, the lowest since March 6.
The Bond Buyer's Revenue Bond Index, which measures 30-year revenue bond yields, slid three basis point this week, to 5.23%, the lowest since Feb. 27.
The yield on the U.S. Treasury's 10-year note jumped 11 basis points to 2.79%, after falling by 10 basis points the week prior.
The yield on the Treasury's 30-year bond gained 11 points to 3.63%, after falling by 15 basis points last week.
