Municipal funds reported outflows for the second week in a row after six-straight weeks of inflows.
Funds that report weekly said they had $81.26 million of net outflows for the week ending April 3, after $212.2 million of outflows the week before, Lipper FMI reported.
"Some of it is related to the headlines that we're seeing right now, particularly when we think about yields and what we've seen over the last couple of days," said Tim Iltz, fixed-income credit and market analyst at HJ Sims.
