Mission Bend Municipal Utility District No. 2, Texas, Upgraded to A by S&P

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it has raised its long-term rating and underlying rating on Mission Bend Municipal Utility District No. 2, Texas' general obligation debt to A from A-minus.

The outlook on the ratings is stable.

"The upgrade is based on the MUD's declining overall net debt burden and very strong general fund reserves," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Alexander Rawlings.
