Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it raised its underlying rating for credit program to A-plus from A on McGregor Independent School District No. 4, Minn.'s general obligation bonds.
The outlook is stable.
"The rating action reflects our view of the district's demonstrated ability to maintain very strong reserves during the past four fiscal years, with no plans to significantly spend them down," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Benjamin Gallovic.
The stable outlook on the underlying rating for credit program reflects the view the district will continue to make the budgetary adjustments it deems necessary to maintain very strong reserves during the two-year outlook horizon.
