Clark Stockton Lord has joined Greenberg Traurig's public finance and infrastructure practice as a shareholder in its Houston office, the law firm announced last week.
Lord, who previously was a partner at Bracewell, has over a decade of public finance experience, including forming special districts, handling bond issuances, advocating for legislation, creating economic development programs and advising on land development transactions that involve government regulation, according to the announcement.
Richard A. Rosenbaum, Greenberg Traurig's executive chairman, called Lord's addition a natural extension of the firm's commitment to Texas, while Franklin D.R. Jones, Jr., the practice's co-chair said Lord "is one of the most informed and respected public finance lawyers in the state of Texas."
"Clark has built something special in this business: a practice grounded in genuine expertise, deep client relationships, and a reputation that speaks for itself across the governmental, developer, and legislative communities he serves," Jones said in a statement.
