For his legal work in public finance, Stanford Ladner of Butler Snow has been recognized in the 2020 edition of “New York Metro Super Lawyers."

“This is a well-deserved honor for Stan, and we are proud of his accomplishment,” said Christopher Maddux, chair of Butler Snow. “This recognition demonstrates his wide-ranging knowledge in government finance matters and the exceptional level of service he provides our clients.”

The annual selections are made by Super Lawyers using a process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews. Only 5% of lawyers in each state or region are named to the list.

Ladner is a member of Butler Snow’s public finance, tax incentives and credit markets practice group. He concentrates on public finance, banking law, business and commercial transactions, tax credits, energy law and regulatory compliance counsel and advice.

He is a fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel and a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Ladner received his bachelor’s, master’s and Juris Doctor degrees from The Catholic University of America.
