BRADENTON, Fla. - Seyfarth Shaw LLP has added attorney John W. Mills III as a partner in the firm's litigation department in Atlanta.

Mills has experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, bankruptcy acquisitions, and insolvency related litigation, including receivership and foreclosures, according to Seyfarth.
