Jamison Feheley has been named head of public finance strategic development, where he will focus on client relationships with issuers and investors, as well as new business initiatives, according to a memo viewed by The Bond Buyer.

Isaac Sine will take over as head of public finance banking. Several of Sine's new direct reports have had their roles elevated as well, the memo said.

Several regional heads have been announced, all reporting to Kent Lawrence and Don Wilbon.

Rhett Bredy will head the public finance southwest region, Matt Couch will head the public finance midwest region and Marquita Jackson will head the public finance southeast region.

John Houlberg and Tyler Old will be co-heads of the public finance west region.

These changes build on the "strong momentum" of Feheley's leadership and offer an opportunity to further his impact, the memo said.

"They also recognize several colleagues stepping into new or expanded roles and reflect our continued investment in growth areas, with clear coordination across areas of expertise to best serve our clients," the memo said.

J.P. Morgan is ranked second among underwriters, accounting for $27.182 billion in par on 200 deals year-to-date. At this point last year, the firm ranked third, underwriting $24.032 billion across 173 deals, according to LSEG.
