Harris County MUD 382, Texas, Upgraded to BBB-Plus by S&P

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it has raised its rating on Harris County Municipal Utility District (MUD) No. 382 , Texas' general obligation (GO) debt outstanding one notch to BBB-plus from BBB.

At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its BBB-plus rating to the district's series 2015 unlimited tax refunding bonds. The outlook is stable.

"The upgrade reflects our assessment of the MUD's moderating debt burden and growing tax base," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Alexander Rawlings.
