A story Tuesday misstated the volume of Build America Bonds sold by issuers in California. Since the program’s inception, borrowers in the state have completed 148 deals worth $36.5 billion, or 22.2% of all BABs outstanding.
The Long-Term Bond Sales: January-November table that appeared in Wednesday’s edition included incorrect monthly figures for November 2010. The monthly volume was $41,752.1 million and the number of issues was 1,193. The table included a $50 million bond sale reported as having occurred in November that was omitted from the Long-Term Bond Sales: November table also published yesterday.
