Concord Metropolitan District, Colo., Upgraded to BBB-Plus by S&P

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it raised its long-term rating to BBB-plus from BBB on Concord Metropolitan District, Colo.'s general obligation refunding bonds.

"The raised rating is due to our view of the district's trend of positive operations, coupled with recent assessed value growth and reduced tax base concentration," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Bryan Moore.
