Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it has raised its rating on Colleyville, Texas' series 2010 waterworks and sewer system revenue refunding bonds to AAA from AA-plus.
"The upgrade reflects the system's very strong coverage levels and liquidity levels, coupled with a rapid debt amortization schedule," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst James Breeding.
The step is part of a larger effort to attract financial firms to St. Croix.
