Bullard: Inflation a 'Wildcard' for FOMC

Inflation, which surprised to the downside last year "remains a wildcard" for the Federal Open Market Committee this year, according to St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank President James Bullard.

Bullard told the Indiana Bankers Association on Friday that the St. Louis Fed expects core and headline inflation to hot 1.6% this year, higher than last year and closer to the Fed's 2% target.
