The Treasury Department Tuesday sold $20 billion 21-day cash management bills, dated Nov. 23, due Dec. 14, at a 0.155% high tender rate.
The bid to cover ratio was 5.23.
The coupon equivalent was 0.157%. The price was 99.990958.
The low bid was 0.162%. The median bid was 0.145%. Tenders at the high were allotted 8.65%.
Tenders totaled $104,538,911,000 and the Treasury accepted $20,000,536,000, including $3,011,000 non-competitive.
The board approved that step at its second quarter board meeting held this week.
