The bid to cover ratio was 3.98.

The coupon equivalent was 0.147%. The price was 99.995569.

The low bid was 0.100%. The median bid was 0.140%. Tenders at the high were allotted 88.16%.

Tenders totaled $139,291,200,000 and the Treasury accepted $35,000,000,000, including $1,200,000 non-competitive.
