Tom Kozlik Joins PNC from Janney

Municipal credit analyst Tom Kozlik has resigned from Janney Capital Markets and joined PNC.

Kozlik has spent the past seven years at Janney, where he was a managing director and municipal credit analyst. He will have a similar role at the broker-dealer arm of the Pittsburgh based banking company, which is expected to announce the hire in the next few days.

Kozlik started on June 16. Prior to Janney, he spent one year at Bear Stearns as an associate director of public finance investment banking and before that, he spent seven years at UBS, in the public finance investment banking area.
