Weekly T-Bills Go At 0.040%, 0.075% High Rates

Tender rates for the Treasury Department's latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were lower, as the three-months incurred a 0.040% high rate, down from 0.050% the prior week, and the six-months incurred a 0.075% high rate, off from 0.080% the week before.

Coupon equivalents were 0.041% and 0.076%, respectively.

The price for the 91s was 99.989889 and that for the 182s was 99.962083.

The median bid on the 91s was 0.035%. The low bid was 0.010%.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 86.93%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.96.

Tenders totaled $143,898,818,200 and the Treasury accepted $29,000,691,200 including $510,288,200 of non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for themselves.

The median bid for the 182s was 0.070%. The low bid was 0.050%.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 37.26%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 5.37.

Tenders totaled $128,852,409,400 and the Treasury accepted $24,000,041,400, including $396,209,400 of non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for themselves.
