Of course, a responsible executive branch would be working over time to propose cuts of wasteful and applicative programs. However, this administration would rather maximize the sequestration's pain on the average citizen (e.g. no more White House tours for the public)cynically betting most voters won't notice how the cuts are decided upon and then punish Republicans in 2014. A sad day for American governance.
