The coupon equivalent was 0.081%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.19.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 50.03%. The median rate was 0.065%. The low rate was 0.050%.
The bills have an issue date of Feb. 14 and are due March 14.
Tenders totaled $188,385,499,300 and the Treasury accepted $45,000,616,800, including $318,740,300 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
