Fed's Fisher: Fed Has Done Enough, Need Fiscal Cliff Solution

Dallas Federal Reserve President Richard Fisher has said that the Fed has already done enough to spark a robust economic recovery in the US and called on Congress to find a solution to the fiscal cliff as it was impacting consumer confidence and weighing on job creation.

A voice of sanity amongst all the DC craziness! Monetary policy has now entered a stage where the risks far outweigh any possible benefits. The Central Bank cannot offset the damage done by a dysfunctional Executive that seeks political advantage by denying current and long term fiscal realities.
