Washington Township, N.J., GOs Downgraded to Aa3 by Moody's

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the township of Washington (Gloucester County), N.J.'s general obligation rating to Aa3 from Aa2.

OK - which Washington Township in New Jersey. What county (Bergen, Gloucester, Morris or Warren) is it in?
