Jefferson County, Ala., Considers Closing Indigent-Care Hospital

To prevent further siphoning of revenues from bankrupt Jefferson County's general fund, commissioners will decide whether to close the county's indigent-care hospital.

Perhaps they could also stop the free school lunch program and pre natal care subsidies for the poor. What would Paul Ryan do?
