Hippe Heads for Colo. HFA

Minnesota Housing Finance Agency deputy commissioner and chief financial officer Patricia Hippe is moving on to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority next month.

She will serve as CFO of the CHFA’s four-member executive team and oversee corporate debt and investment, treasury, accounting, and information technology teams, according to a statement.

“Her knowledge and background will be invaluable,” Cris White, CHFA’s executive director, said in a statement.

Hippe has spent the last 16 years working on affordable housing issues, raising more than $5.4 billion in capital to support the Minnesota agency’s single-family and multifamily programs.

She previously worked at Higher Education Management and Resources Management Corp. and was an assistant vice president and corporate trust officer for Wells Fargo Bank.
