The Treasury Department yesterday auctioned $32 billion of four-week bills at a 1.970% high yield, a price of 99.846778.
The coupon equivalent was 2.000%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.60. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 46.47%. The median yield was 1.940%. The low yield was 1.900%.
Inflows returned to muni mutual funds as investors added $200.3 million for the week ending Wednesday after $1.474 billion of outflows, according to LSEG Lipper.
