A Suffolk County Superior Court dismissed Boston’s lawsuit aimed at stopping Wynn Resorts’ planned $1.7 billion casino in nearby Everett.

The Town of Hempstead, N.Y. on Long Island had its credit rating for $370 million of previously issued limited tax general obligation bonds slashed one notch to Aa2 by Moody’s Investors Service. The outlook was revised to negative from stable.
