Tender rates for the Treasury Department's latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were mixed, as the three-months incurred a 0.300% high rate, down from 0.305% the prior week, and the six-months incurred a 0.445% high rate, up from 0.440% the week before.
Coupon equivalents were 0.304% and 0.452%, respectively.
The price for the 91s was 99.924167 and that for the 182s was 99.775028.
The median bid on the 91s was 0.280%. The low bid was 0.260%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 4.68%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.20.
Tenders totaled $127,857,814,400 and the Treasury accepted $40,000,074,400 including $397,091,500 of non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for themselves.
The median bid for the 182s was 0.425%. The low bid was 0.395%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 37.10%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.23.
Tenders totaled $109,967,173,400 and the Treasury accepted $34,000,098,400, including $451,679,700 of non-competitive.
