Weekly T-Bills Go At 0.050%, 0.075% High Rates

Tender rates for the Treasury Department’s latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were mixed, as the three-months incurred a 0.050% high rate, down from 0.055% the prior week, and the six-months incurred a 0.075% high rate, unchanged from 0.075% the week before.

Coupon equivalents were 0.051% and 0.076%, respectively.

The price for the 91s was 99.987361 and that for the 182s was 99.962083.

The median bid on the 91s was 0.045%. The low bid was 0.030%.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 74.36%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.66.

Tenders totaled $139,905,210,900 and the Treasury accepted $30,000,850,900 including $503,434,900 of non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for themselves.

The median bid for the 182s was 0.065%. The low bid was 0.055%.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 4.50%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 5.31.

Tenders totaled $132,751,257,400 and the Treasury accepted $25,001,132,400, including $400,632,400 of non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for themselves.
