The Treasury Department Wednesday auctioned $10 billion of 364-day bills at a 0.205% high yield, a price of 99.792722.
The coupon equivalent was 0.209%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.12.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 9.84%. The median yield was 0.190%. The low yield was 0.180%.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 15 and are due Oct. 13, 2016.
Tenders totaled $41,152,710,400 and the Treasury accepted $10,000,150,400, including $154,710,400 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
