NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $24 billion of 364-day bills at a 0.200% high yield, a price of 99.797778.
The coupon equivalent was 0.204%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.15.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 38.72%. The median yield was 0.185%. The low yield was 0.160%.
The bills have an issue date of June 30 and are due June 28, 2012.
Tenders totaled $99,705,960,900 and the Treasury accepted $24,000,432,900, including $107,960,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
