The Treasury Department said Monday it will sell $30 billion of four-week discount bills Tuesday.
There are currently $60.000 billion of four-week bills outstanding.
The bills settle April 28 and are due May 26.
Federal Reserve banks hold $2.418 billion in maturing bills in their own accounts.
The extension of the current solar net metering system could lower revenue for the utility.
